I also had some issues with amenities like lacking timely cleaning service after requesting it multiple times. It felt frustrating to have to chase down staff for basic items like towels and coffee packets. Overall, a mix of good location benefits but with too many cleanliness and service hiccups to give it a strong recommendation.
